Good news, bad news..
Her owner just turned up! Good news in a way for her because she was missing her owners, and their other dog and two cats were missing her... I did suggest she get vet checked and chipped, I had just finished giving her a haircut! nice eyebrows and chin trim :-) The owner didn't mind that she was washed and trimmed.. turns out the teeth are so bad because she is actually eleven years old, my vet thought 5 or 6. I don't know how I feel. Some people just don't deserve dogs. *sob* oh and her name is Ebony? she will always be Chilli to me.
What a gorgeous little pup, I can see how you fell in love with her, and your concerns about how she's been looked after. Perhaps you could think about adopting another lovely dog that really needs a home as a companion for Minnie- I know the RSPCA must always be looking for kind hearted people like you.
